LogicGate Appoints Steve Smith as Managing Director, EMEA and Amanda Meglemre as General Counsel

Strategic leadership additions accelerate LogicGate's international growth and guide responsible AI innovation as the company scales its AI GRC platform

CHICAGO, Nov. 3, 2026 — LogicGate, the Leading AI GRC Platform for the Enterprise, today announced two senior appointments: Steve Smith as Managing Director, EMEA, and Amanda Meglemre as General Counsel. LogicGate is strengthening its leadership team to scale its global reach and accelerate the delivery of agentic AI across enterprise governance, risk, and compliance teams.

Steve Smith, Managing Director, EMEA

Steve Smith brings more than two decades of international software leadership, specializing in high-growth organizations in GRC and fintech. Most recently, he spent nine years as SVP of International at NAVEX, where he scaled international revenue by 20x during his tenure and expanded operations to new markets, including Australia and New Zealand, the Nordics, Germany, and Japan. Prior to NAVEX, Smith held senior sales and leadership roles at both public and fast-growing technology companies.

Amanda Meglemre joins LogicGate with more than 15 years of in-house legal experience, most recently serving as General Counsel at Avalara, where she led the global legal department. In that role, she oversaw corporate governance and global privacy, enterprise and strategic partner agreements, M&A, and the company's IP strategy.
